Attorney Jeff R. Lashaway, a member of Boerner, Dennis & Franklin, PLLC, has been practicing law in Lubbock, Texas since his graduation from law school in 1999. From 1999 to 2008 he was an attorney and partner with Crenshaw, Dupree & Milam, LLP. With more than 15 years’ experience, Mr. Lashaway has represented a wide variety of clients in their business transactions, including community banks, national financial institutions, transportation companies, oil and gas services companies, telecommunications companies, and agriculture related entities, including grape growers and large family farming entities.
Mr. Lashaway’s practice focuses on representing community banks, small businesses, farmers and local entrepreneurs in the areas of lender loan documentation, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, stock sales, business entity planning, contract drafting, and business succession planning. Mr. Lashaway also works closely with the other members and associates of Boerner, Dennis & Franklin, PLLC in handling such matters as employer/employee issues, collections, creditor bankruptcy issues, and a variety of commercial litigation issues.
